Frequently asked questions.

  • Contract manufacturing is when one company agrees with another to produce products over a specific timeframe.

For example, a brewery may wish to contract manufacture some or all of its beer at another facility to reduce costs, increase operational capacity or improve quality.

Co-packing is similar, except the client continues to produce the beverage while the facility takes care of packaging it into cans, boxes and bottles.

For example, a winery may wish to co-pack its sparkling wine at another facility if the winery does not have access to a canning machine.

    • We start with an Alignment Call to talk about basics, including offering a ballpark price range, and answer the question: is The Beverage Factory for you?

    • If we’re a good fit for you, we’ll have a Technical Call to discuss specifics and provide you with a technical estimate.

    • If you’re happy with the estimate, you then secure your production date by paying a booking fee.

    • Next, you’ll be onboarded with our Production Team. This is your chance to discuss technical specs of your product with the experts that make it.

    • If you have special ingredients or packaging, you’ll supply them to us two days before production.

    • On Production Day, you are welcome to attend. After all, your beverage is your baby.

    • After Packaging Day, you have 48 hours to collect your product.

White label (a.k.a. private label) beverage manufacturing involves a supplier producing a generic drink in bulk according to their own recipe, specifications, and technology. Another company purchases these pre-made beverages, rebrands them with their own label, and markets them under their own brand name. Essentially, it allows a company to sell beverages without needing to develop their own recipe or production line.

We can produce white label versions of Good Robot beers and beverages, including beer, seltzer, sparkling water and more.

This service can be used by hotels, weddings, corporate parties and other special events and venues.
